High Access Window Cleaning

We have the capacity to clean windows in any premises of any height, from the use of hand-held equipment from ground level cleaning to work on multi-storey buildings using cherry-pickers or by abseiling.We use a top of the range system called the Wash and Reach, this system sends purified water up a large pole cleaning the windows leaving them extremely clean. All of this is done very safely without the use of ladders, causing no danger to the public, staff or ourselves. Of course we can clean windows the traditional way by ladders, mop and squeegee, but only to the height of 2 storeys by law.

UKCC was originally founded as a domestic window cleaning company four years ago, and quickly moved into the commercial and industrial sectors, we serve various commercial contracts which date back over three years.

Window Cleaning Via Water Fed Pole System

Our water fed pole cleaning system uses a 6 stage reverse osmosis water purification technology which de-mineralises and de-ionises tap water to remove impurities and produce pure water.

Pure water is the best product to clean windows for number of reasons, because of the aggressive strength of pure water you do not need to use cleaning detergents on the windows therefore you save money and time, plus it's better for the environment!

We recommend water pole cleaning for;

• Buildings up to four storeys high
• For cleaning windows, glass roofs, signs, atrium's, skylights, canopies and facades.
• Health and Safety issues, making it by far the safest and most cost effective method of cleaning as our operatives work from the safety of ground level.

Many large, new properties have cradle systems which form part of the building structures.

Within our specialist cleaning with we have a number of operatives who are experienced and trained in the use of various types of cradle systems
